# Automate your gifts

How to trigger an automation to gyfti

Send a gyfti campaign to a contact to create a tailored made experience to you recipients.

To automate a gyfti campaign you must create in your gyfti account a **trigger campaign**.

We have 2 types of trigger campaigns: 

* **Email campaign** will send a campaign email to your recipient
* **Postal campaign** will create an order to send your gift directly by postal (postal address required)

Before adding a contact to a campaign, you must retrieve your campaign list to choose from.

After choosing your gyfti campaign in your workflow, you'll be able to add your contacts to those campaigns.
